Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
CHANGE OF MIND
We unfortunately, cannot offer an exchange or refund for change of mind reasons due to nature of hair care products.
Refunds, credits or exchanges are offered when;
The product is faulty
The product differs significantly to what was shown or described to you
The product is not fit for the purpose you mad known before it was supplied to you.
Subject to the above, body jewellery, brushes, hair extensions, flammable liquids, bleaches, peroxides and colours are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
If you have received a faulty and/or damaged product, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with photos and a detailed description of the issue so we can attempt to remedy as soon as possible for you.
Please understand, for any faulty goods we need to contact our suppliers and follow ours and their procedures so please allow us the time required to investigate. We will have an answer for you as soon as possible.
All refunds require valid proof of purchase (receipt) and are processed using the original payment method, except for cash which is refunded back via direct deposit.
Please note refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.

INCORRECT GOODS ON ARRIVAL
If you receive a different product than what you have ordered, please take a photo of this product and your invoice and send it through to our team at email@example.com.
Please do not dispose of this item until you have contacted our team or you will not be eligible for a refund.
Simply take the product and valid proof of purchase to the store of purchase for a refund or exchange. We accept no responsibility for any professional hair product applied outside our salon.
